Register my child 

Dear Parent and Guardians

We are thrilled to announce that National Dental Services Australia (NDSA) is partnering with your child's childcare centre to offer on-site dental check-ups and treatments. Our services focus on preventative dental care and include a comprehensive oral examination, professional cleaning to remove plaque buildup, and calcium application to help strengthen teeth.

Once the appointment is complete, you will receive your child's dental report and invoice via email. As a token of our appreciation, we have arranged a special dental gift pack for you to collect at the childcare centre on the day of your child's visit.

Our goal is to provide a convenient and comfortable dental experience for both you and your child. By offering our services directly at the childcare centre, we create a familiar environment for your child, with their educators and friends nearby for support. We believe this approach helps ensure a positive dental experience for your child.

If you receive Family Tax Benefit A, your child may be eligible for the Federal Government's Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS), which covers up to $1095 in dental services every two years at no cost to you. The CDBS is available for children aged 0 to 17 years.

If your child is not eligible for the CDBS, we will contact you directly. We offer the same preventative services at a great rate to ensure no one misses out and we stay true to our purpose to help others live better. 

​

For families with private health insurance, we can claim the cost of services directly from your health fund, with no GAP charged.  Please check our FAQ section to see if we can claim directly with your specific private health fund.

At NDSA, we consider your child's oral hygiene a top priority. We look forward to contributing to your child's dental health,  making their smile even brighter. and helping them to live better.

Please choose one of the following (please note that you will receive a detailed report to your email whether you are present for the appointment or not):
I would like to attend my child's dental appointment. Please call me to arrange a suitable time.
I do not wish to be at the appointment. I would like my child to be seen in a group of their peers with a trusted educator present.
My child does not attend the childcare on the day you are visiting however I am available to bring them in for the check up. Please call me to arrange a suitable time.

Following your submission, you'll receive one of three documents within 48 hours, tailored to your situation: a CDBS consent form, a health fund consent and information form, or a payment  information sheet. Please review, complete, and return any required forms to proceed with your child's dental care.
